You ever feel just so unmotivated that you almost take your eyes off the prize? Ending week two of the consistency challenge and I still have’t taken the time to prep myself. Week one into my health change and that was a complete fail. I swear I always find myself here looking to start over or becoming so discouraged that I feel like I want to throw in the towel. It’s okay to experience these feelings but we can’t allow ourselves to get off track.
For the up coming week I plan on implementing a whole new routine in hopes to keep me on track. On Saturday I will plan out our meals and order groceries for Sunday. Spend the weekend clean to have more organization around the house for a fresh reset to the week. I will start waking up at 6:30 am allowing myself to get ready for the day before the kids wake up. Setting weekly and daily goals for myself. Looking forward to having a successful week all across the board. Week 2 of the consistency challenge is complete.
